Before your order is confirmed
Each business contacts you to confirm your order after you place it. If you need to change or cancel, tell them then and the order is cancelled without charge.
After delivery
Because each order is fulfilled by an independent business, returns and exchanges are handled by that business under its own policy. Contact them directly, and we will help if anything goes wrong.
